Project Learning Tree's Environmental Experiences for Early Childhood

Developed with preschool educators and early childhood specialists, Environmental Experiences for Early Childhood includes over 130 experiences that engage children in outdoor play and exploration and is specifically designed for educators who work with children ages three to six.

Topics include exploring nature with five senses, meeting neighborhood trees, and experiencing trees through the seasons.  An accompanying music CD features songs from children's musician Billy B. Brennan that encourages children to sing, dance, and move.

Growing UP WILD

guw logoGrowing Up WILD is an early childhood education program that builds on children’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them.  Through a wide range of activities and experiences, Growing Up WILD provides an early foundation for developing positive impressions about the natural world and lifelong social and academic skills.

 

 

 


Workshops

Early Childhood professional development workshops cost $40.00 (inlcudes 2 resource guides).Workshops are interactive and all activities have been correlated to the Utah State Core Curriculum Standards, as well as national science, social studies, and environmental education standards.

Eligible for 4 Relicensure Points.
